Ghada Howaidy is a visionary leader and experienced executive in organizational change and leadership development.

With over a decade of expertise as the former Associate Dean for Executive Education at the American University in Cairo School of Business and adjunct faculty at Hult-Ashridge Corporate Education, where she obtained a doctorate in organizational change in 2015.

Ghada has led transformative initiatives and pioneered research-driven approaches to empower leaders and organizations.

Her extensive background in international relations and strategic management, complemented by MA and MSc degrees from prestigious institutions like AUC and the London School of Economics, positions her as a thought leader in driving impactful change and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Ghada is also the founder of the Women on Boards Observatory in Egypt, dedicated to advancing gender equity and diversity in corporate governance.
